Senior Web Developer
Lattice Group is now seeking a senior C#.NET web developer with strong experience in CMS to join our team. The successful candidate will first be working on a project in the D.C. area, which is where our core office is. Our employees have in common a great work ethic, collaborative focus, humor and innovation. While we work hard, we also have a lot of fun.
Initially in this position, you will:
- Be our technical lead for a primary Government initiative to develop and launch numerous new, nationwide Government websites,
- Support the development and operations of C#.NET applications and components as part of a large enterprise system,
- Assist in gathering system requirements,
- Create tasks to satisfy client requirements and test and resolve identified issues,
- Provide quality assurance testing.
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of C#.NET experience (C#, ASP.NET, SOA/Web Services, XML and XLS, CSS, Javascript).
- 5+ years of CMS experience.
- 5+ years of HTML, CSS and Javascript experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent diagnostic skills to troubleshoot issues.
- Strong internet technology skills (IIS, http/ftp protocols)
- Proven ability to design system architecture based on a CMS framework,
- Proven ability to lead a small development team,
- Work well in a team environment.

- Provide quality assurance testing, and
- Assist existing designers with daily tasks including development, content management, website maintenance, and much more.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with HTML/CSS,
- Javascript and Drupal experience a plus,
- Experience with internet technology skills (IIS, http/ftp protocols),
- Knowledge of cross-platform and cross-browser web development, constraints and issues,
- Knowledge of user interface and functionality design for websites and web applications,
