ICMA-RC is an independent corporation created in 1972 to manage and administer plans exclusively for the benefit of public sector employers and employees.

Lattice Group is an integral component of ICMA-RC’s information systems team, providing systems engineering, analysis, integration and implementation of their online web services and applications. The Lattice Web Applications Engineering Team efficiently utilizes automated distribution and installations tools to develop, test, and install ICMA-RC's enterprise web applications.
